Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

We place great importance on the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to return items under the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. Additionally, we voluntarily grant an extended return period of 30 days.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in new condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include a purchase receipt or order confirmation

Exceptions:

  • Candles that have been lit or removed from the packaging are excluded from returns.

  • Clothing that has been worn or soiled cannot be returned.

  • Individually personalized items are excluded from returns unless there is a production defect.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If we delivered an incorrect product or the product is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the customer ordered the wrong product, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the product arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. If necessary, a replacement product may be sent free of charge. In case of shipping damage, a confirmation from the shipping company (Post, FedEx, DHL) may be required.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days, in accordance with legal requirements. If the product is not returned in its original condition (e.g., used, damaged, opened, or incomplete), we reserve the right to withhold up to 30% of the refund amount. In cases of severe damage or missing original packaging, a higher fee or rejection of the refund may apply.
