• International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which must be covered by the customer. We recommend checking potential costs before ordering.

• If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.

• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or shipping providers.

• If a shipment is deemed lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt (or the estimated delivery date). After reviewing the case, a refund or replacement may be offered.
