1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email. Placing an order alone does not constitute a binding contract.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in the respective currency and include VAT. We offer the following payment methods:

4. Delivery & Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and are displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

4.1 Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping takes between 3 and 14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination and are displayed at checkout.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which must be covered by the customer. We recommend checking potential costs before ordering.

  • If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or shipping providers.

  • If a shipment is deemed lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt (or the estimated delivery date). After reviewing the case, a refund or replacement may be offered.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days (EU consumers). Returns are only accepted under specific conditions. See our Return Policy for details.

6. Liability & Warranty

We are not liable for improper use of the products. If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
